MAY

10 am - 3 pm, Saturday, May 4: Cocktail Week Sample Saturday
10% off all cocktail mixers, bitters, garnishes and liquor. We will be sampling a variety of cocktails made with mixers by Morris Kitchen, Jack Rudy, Barcoop Bevy and Bittermilk.

3 pm, Sunday, May 5: Spanish & Portuguese Tonic Cocktails & Tapas (SOLD OUT)
Get ready for some summer-style sipping! We'll make a Spanish style Gin-Tonic and a Portuguese White Port Tonic and snack on some tapas while drinking our creations. Tickets are $35 per person. Limited to 12 seats.

10 am - 3 pm, Saturday, May 11: Cocktail Sample Saturday
We will be sampling a variety of cocktails made with mixers by Morris Kitchen, Jack Rudy, Barcoop Bevy and Bittermilk.

Noon - 5 pm, Saturday, May 18: Downtown Janesville Wine Walk (SOLD OUT)
We are a wine stop for this event organized by Downtown Janesville, Inc. 

10 am - 3 pm, Saturday, May 25: Canned Cocktail & Wine Sample Saturday
Heading out for Memorial Day picnics or boating? We've got some great canned cocktails and wine for you to try. 

6:30 pm, Thursday, May 30: Cheese & Charcuterie Class
Instructors Lori Staddler and Joan Neeno will walk you through creating a beautifully delicious cheese and charcuterie board. Tickets are $35 per person. Limited to 12 seats. 

JUNE

10 am - 3 pm, Saturday, June 1 & 8: Mocktail Sample Saturday
Try canned mocktails from Curious Elixers and DeSoi and more.

2 - 5 pm, Sunday, June 9: Summer Wine Tasting
Sample over 20 whites, rosés, and chillable reds poured by representatives from four area distributors while noshing on treats. Enjoy discounts on the purchase of featured wines. Tickets are $25 per person.

10 am - 3 pm, Saturday, June 15: Rosé Sample Saturday
Rosé is made from different grapes in different styles all around the world. Discover your favorite. 

10 am - 3 pm, Saturday, June 22: Wine & Cheese Sample Saturday
Try some beautiful Dream Farm goat cheese paired with crisp white wines.

3 pm, Sunday, June 23: Sushi Roll Making Class
Instructor Jimsi Kuborn will teach you the basics of making your own sushi while we enjoy some sake (non-alcoholic drinks available). Tickets are $45 per person. Limit of 12 seats. 

10 am - 3 pm, Saturday, June 29: Tinned Seafood Sample Saturday
